For our location in Kelkheim / Ts. at Frankfurt we are hiring at the earliest possible date:

Senior Compliance Officer (m/f/x)

FULL TIME OR PART TIME (from 30 h / week)

YOUR TASKS

  • Establishment, implementation and continuous development of the Compliance department (including securities compliance, financial crime and data protection)
  • Solution-oriented consulting to the management and all divisions on compliance issues
  • Creation and optimisation of internal guidelines, standards and process specifications
  • Analysis and monitoring of legal requirements and regulatory risks
  • Carrying out risk analyses, implementing and monitoring compliance with appropriate measures (controls, desk reviews, training etc.)
  • Preparation of regular reports for the Executive Board
  • Communication with supervisory authorities and coordination of audits
  • If suitable, a medium-term assumption of the role of Deputy Money Laundering Officer is desired.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • You have successfully completed a degree in law or economics, business law or another relevant field of study or a comparable academic qualification
  • You have at least two years of experience in the field of compliance, regulatory affairs or risk management in financial services companies
  • You are an analytical and solution-oriented personality with a strong interest in regulatory affairs and a thorough and equally pragmatic way of working
  • You are characterised by a very high level of quality awareness, a high willingness to perform and an independent, responsible way of working
  • You have a very good understanding of business and decision-making processes
  • You have very good comprehension and communication skills
  • You are a team player with a willingness to learn and the ability to change
  • You can identify with the FELS values and want to make a positive difference in the financial world with us.
